I really don't like the gamestyle of IdrA, but let's give the credit where it's due - that was some impressive play. He wiggled his hands all around the place (twSs!). Not only that, but he showed that if he plays macro, it's because he prefers it, not because he can't go sneaky. Kudos.

If anyone has seen the IdrA vs Joseki show match you know what I'm talking about. IdrA deals with early pushes with no problem these days, people don't give credit where it's due. His game play has really reached a new level compared to even a month ago after people have been figuring out the game still. I think it's going to be IdrA game to lose in the finals.. WhiteRa better up his game from what we have seen from him so far. Agreed, Idra was already leaning toward builds where roaches weren't used alot. To me, I didn't felt like the nerf was gonna affect him much. And yes, his play his getting better every game he plays.

If he is in korea, why would he focus on sc2 instea of sc1 where the game is more popular and the team practice? I wont claim to speak for Idra... but I'd assume he knows that SC2 will be his focus. It will be a new e-sport and place for him to play. SC1 he had little to no chance of getting onto the A team for CJ before SC2's major release. Because of his, I'd assume he felt he didn't need to sit around playing 12 hours of SC1 for a few months and then play SC2 when he could just focus on SC2 now.
