Stop making mines, start turtling w/ lib ghost PF if you want factory units siege tanks will be better if you can get a high enough attack. 1-2 Thors wouldn't hurt either and marines are only there to clear out lings if you can try to meatshield with thor marauder and use ghosts to snipe the ultralisks. | ||

I have tanks/thors as well but +1/+2 atk doesn't seem to be enough. | ||

Sadly ghosts are just a must use.They are stupid, incredibly hard to use and one of the dumbest ways for Terran to beat ultralisks however... The way I cope with it is to watch someone like TY. In my opinion, there is no Terran with better late game control than TY. And I am certain Ty has mastered the ghost. With TY recently winning IEM I think a lot of Terrans should aim to have as good of a late game as Ty cause when ByuN's early-mid game aggression could not beat Stats Ty's masterful control and late game prowess sure did | ||

I'm currently learning how to play Terran (I am Diamond Tier 2 Zerg + Toss). My question is about macro terran against Zerg. I usually go 2 Rax with 16 Marine Stimpush at around 5 min mark + 1 Liberator. What's the correct BO after that for a macro game? Is it... A) 3rd CC, +3 Rax, double ebay B) 3rd CC, dobule ebay, +3 Rax C) double ebay, 3rd CC, +3 Rax D) Something else? | ||

B) or C) I've been using C) for the past 6 months, so 1/1 and 2/2 often finish before the zergs. Hitting those timings can be pretty deadly. What you need to do is stop starport production after your first 3-4 medivacs/liberators, then resume it after you're done with B) or C) Otherwise it delays your expand/upgrades by a lot. | ||

Just kidding. Never noticed something like that before. Only thing I've noticed is that maybe 3/10 people in Diamond / Platin league say "gl hf" and/or "gg". Maybe back on topic now! | ||

I have a rough idea of how to do it but I'd like the "official" version, often when watching live TvZ it's hard to follow the builds, especially since we don't always have the Terran pov. Is there a known vod of such build where you can see and/or guess the build from start to 2 medics 16 marines stim incoming at the Zerg base? | ||

Old but gold : I'm sure you can find the 2-1-1 on spawningtool or something, but this vod should be enough for the first 5 minutes of the build | ||
