I've been working really hard to create this guide about an easy to execute build order in Zerg versus Terran. It is a very well rounded build order that works incredibly good in the current metagame and is the build order that most professionals use.
The guide is in video format. If you are looking for just the build order: Look below. ^^
This is the exact build order that Scarlett uses in most of her Zerg versus Terran games:
General notes: -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Dedicate 2 Queens to creep spreading all the time Don't miss any Queen injects Try hold Watch Towers at all times -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
9 Overlord 15 Hatchery 16 Spawning pool 17 Overlord
vs Standard T play: You scout (with overlord) a natural command center going down around 3:10 (1 barracks expand) or it's already finished (CC first).
Tis a shame you're a zerg as I'm playing toss and terran atm. But there is clearly learning to be had. Thanks mate, keep it up. Dig the shorter version you put together.

It's often times pretty hard to find a good replay example, this one was superb because MKP simply didn't do aaaaanything.
Thanks, i play random in masters, and ZvT is my weakest matchup. I learned how to deal with all the terran cheeses and allins as zerg, but the problem i got was with heavy macro games, when the terran spawned marines and tanks, and after 3-4 engagements, my forces would thin while he would pour on. This build is a nice way to get the upper hand latter on, especially if the terran is so passive...

Yeah I guess the biggest reason why you can't keep up with his army is because you didn't make enough drones early on. This build ensures you're going to have plenty to deal with anything that the terran can throw at you at a later part in the game. Also infestors are crucial vs Tank Marine, because it's one of the few ways to truly trade efficient. Another great thing to do is to surround him from all possible angles but you need very good creep spread for that, once again something that is done with this build.
Hey that was a really great video, seriously I mean it when I say keep up the good work. I want to see more of this videos, you know exactly whats important to say and what's not. Cheers !

Nice video, I was wondering how you would deal with hellion banshee pressure? The queens will obviously help but with only lings it could get tricky, depending on the number of hellions.

It seems like most pros simply make more and more zerglings in the small case that happens. However, I've seen a few pro zergs taking a roach warren when they see 6-8 hellions.
It seems like most are simply defending it with the 4 queens, zerglings and micro.
ive been haveing more and more T block the expand with half built depo what is the best responce i feel really behind as my pool is really late for a no expand. pull 5 ish drones. Which puts you farther behind?
