Hi i'm Rexterran

This map name is The 5th Laboratory.

It is important to have the center rock area. if the rock is destructed, the route to enemy's nat is so close. so, you can be attacked directly.

also. you can choose two entrance on your nat. one is to third, another is to enemy's nat. so you need to select your way.

in zerg, against protoss, you can attack your units effectively, turn your army to third and attack with your nat's and surround enemy's army.

The 3rd base more closer than before. but you can be attacked by blink stalkers.
The 3rd base is more easier to defend cuz the entrance to the 4th is more far than before


You can play if you have searched "Yeoul_The 5th Laboratory" in any server

I hate to be that guy, but I'm more curious about the map's name than the map itself.

Is it a Fullmetal Alchemist reference?

Looks like most Protosses woulnd't like that map, mainly due to the far away and open third, and the exposition of both the natural and the main to drops.
Additionaly, the fourth base is far from the natural/third too, making it a very unusual layout. But I would be very curious to see how that map plays out in actual games.
(the natural could be more ZvZ-friendly too, I'm not sure if the creep from the hatch is covering the top of the ramp right now)

Very Daedalus Point like. The natural seems really open which will make the game super aggressive! Then if you can survive the aggression you now somehow have to secure a third! Now the third is very far away but close by air so drop play will totally destroy! ZvZ will consist of one base baneling builds, ZvT will be the best match up for the map zerg will start with aggression and get some damage in but the zerg will have a hard time keeping a third against the drop play. Protoss will struggle very hard on this map I think they will have to 3 gate just to expand. The map will create very interesting games to watch but will have some balance issues.

To me it looks like a 3 width ramp, same as Whirlwind/Akilon. Kind of difficult to wall, but still pretty standard I think.

I agree with all the other criticisms/analysis people have about the map - I like the idea of far 3rds, but you'll have to see how it works out. Also, a big issue people didn't mention is that blink is probably OP here due to the surface area and the significantly longer distance to cover for the defender vs the attacker. You'll definitely have to cut away part of the main to fix this.
