Anyone can program something simple quickly. Anyone can terrain something simple quickly. I'm not sure what you're trying to say?
Anyway, if what you're trying to achieve in the trigger editor is as simple as you suggest, I think you'd be better off learning it yourself. Few people want to dedicate their time into helping others, especially with no proof that the project is ever to be released, and of good quality.
