Some questions:

1) Is Overlord creep spread available at Evolution Chamber in this version?

2) Will be it available in SC2 Arcade? There are new creep and new fog of war, like in HotS.

And it's not need to donate for Arcade, because it's free for all, who have attached SC2

Just so I wont forget: I used Terran and here are just two things to note: I think the widow mines in your version is a little too weak. The battle report shows them stronger. And the Battle Hellion starts in vehicle mode when built. Thought they start off in Battle mode.

Zerg: LOL. I loved how you added in the changeling throw ability! Its so awesome!! I thought Vipers required a Spire,
not just a Hive? I could be wrong about that though. Are you sure you need detection to see Swarm Hosts when burrowed?

Protoss: Are you the sure Oracle gets an energy upgrade? I did not know I can still use the M. Ship core's abilities when when is building the Mothership. And the Oracle's cloak field, I think my opponent saw my units within the cloak field without needing a detector... not sure on that though, didnt test it out a lot.

Why not get in contact with one of the mapping teams (ESV or TPW) to upload your map to EU (and keep it up to date)

bugs i found

1. tempest upgrade doesn't seem to increase its range despite it showing on the unit card as 22
2. mothership core can go onto an in construction nexus

if i find more i will post them

i also dont like asking for donations just to upload the map on another server. if he would have asked for donations cause of his effort i would be ok with it but this doesnt make sense to me

There's a newer version on EU server now, published by someone on the 20th of July, not sure if it's the OP's version though

It's an old version from SoulFicher. And quality of that version is very low (no animation, many missed stats, etc)

So we're waiting for HotS Custom 2 from Xenox

1.Tempest upgrade does work for me anyway so not sure why its not for you.
2. I dont think mothership core goes on in construction nexus. Frankly, that'd be pretty stupid cause then toss can just recall onto it so it doesnt die which is just gross.

There were two bugs that i've found with the map.

This first one i don't know if it here on purpose or not. But the gas on both of the naturals are off. Neither the gas and minerals line up correctly to put down a good placed hatchery. You have to either choose if you want to be better saturated with the minerals or with the gas. Here are the pictures.

The other bug we found is the burrow charge will charge creep tumors and get stuck underneath them. as shown here.

Watch firn's ultras as he she charges down. She doesn't have any vision of the tumors but the ultra's still charge them and just sit underneath them.
