I was at MLG Anaheim and tested HotS, and I'm pretty sure the tempest damage actually was 49/66. I remember researching +1 to see how much bonus it got per upgrade and the tempest was then at 53/72.

I have added/modified pretty much all of the new data into the map, but the hardest part remains which is creating the new units the widow mine, mothership core, as well as a few other tidbits. I expect it should be done in a few days.

Also as an aside don't fret if there any bugs or problems with the map as soon it is released, these things can happen with even the most thoroughly tested of projects, if you can simply provide me the feedback on what the bug/issue is then I will be able to quickly (hopefully) fix it and release a new patch (feel free to look at the patch notes in the first post to see just how many bugs have been fixed, almost all of which were thanks to the feedback from the community).

hmm, I don't know how accurate this map will be for it, but I want to test how hard it is to shoot down widow mines as they're unburrowing to latch on. They feel like a higher damage baneling that costs 25 more minerals and 0.5 more food, but can only be used for burrow traps.
Locusts being able to attack air makes me very excited for mass swarm host play, and I can't wait to try it out in this map.
