In this particular case, I would say yes, he should be allowed to submit that map. (It's not up to me btw). Yea Konicki is totally gone, no one has heard from him in quite awhile. We'll select a handful of maps that we feel have the potential to win. From there any issues will be fixed and play tested. | ||
