Best starting place are probably the old GOM vods casted by Tasteless. They're older, and don't really demonstrate modern play, but they're well casted and entertaining. CholeraSC hasn't uploaded anything in 2 years, but he was an amazing commentator. Going through the archives of his Youtube channel was how i learned to watch BW. Nukethestars and Sayle are probably the best active casters. Sayle mostly does live casts of foreign games, and they're on his JTV account. Nuke is on youtube, and mostly does OSL games, so he hasn't casted a whole lot this year. Also, keep your eye on this thread. They're planning on doing some instructional VODs for newer BW players, and it looks pretty promising. Finally, since the BW community is much smaller, the ratio of good posters to douchebags is quite good. If you need any help understanding what's going on, just post on the BW forums, and people will help you out. EDIT - ONE MORE THING - For a collection of delightfully strange and silly BW games, check out this thread. Some of the games are commentated, and they're listed as a category at the beginning. Lots of good games in there. | ||
