1. They added resume from replay, the new UI and all the good things of HOTS to WoL. Of course the new units are not included and i doubt there will be much more support from Blizzard for WoL, but... 2. No new patches. Yeah, right the game is imbalanced. So what, im playing at Platinum level, do you even consider that I will ever lose a game because of imbalance? No, I lose games because I am too stupid/too slow/too distracted. Imbalance is just an excuse for my own disabilty to play the game properly.Also, the game will not change. Ever. This means that I can play it until I am either a) fed up with it or b) reached the maximum of my potential in this game (which I have not). 3. No new meta game! I will not have to adapt to crazy new styles and learn the counter. This can of course be very interesting and you learn a lot about the game and strategy in general but why should I try and learn this new game when I still have not beaten the old one? 4. Considering this threat there will always be people like me who won't buy HOTS, so there will (hopefully) be enough players on my level left. So, there are still a few reasons that could lead me to buy HOTS in some time, like 1. Drop in Price. Look at my reasons above for staying at WoL, why would i spend 40 Euros to have basically the same game with a few new units that I dont need? 2. The new campaign. Not really interested in it but might be fun. 3. No players left to play against. Yeah well there is nothing I can do except going back to BW (which would be awesome btw) Also, if someones gifts this game to me I'll still be playing it I think. This is one of the times where 'I don't need it, but I also don't mind having it' applies. stay safe, guys  | ||

1. WOL in digital form when the game was released was too high, I assumed it would be slightly cheaper then buying the physical CD/DVD so I refused to buy it. 1,5 years later I bought the game at sale, played it for a few weeks. (Even after waiting so many years for SC2). 2. Too many kids and crying morons in this game. Because I was new and the game wassnt, because I had played some SC1 before I got some basic macro and an idea how to rush. Every damn game on the ladder (40 games in diamond) people where crying out loud that I was rushing and using cheese. People seem to be extreamly unfriendly in general, claiming that id never become good at the game ever. So, instead of wasting my time with total retards like the majority of SC2 players seem to be I decided to spend my time on watching the streamers I like and playing other games. 3. Dont like the game lobby, the D1/SC1 lobby was the best, after that it only got worse and worse. 4. Not playing any more, just watching streams. Thats my story for not buying HOTS. Its so sad. If you cheese, eben on 2Base all ins, there will be an idiot flaming like hell. Sadly this is a bigger problem on EU servers. Unfriendly is an euphemism... Korea and NA are better mannerd. | ||

I'd buy it in a heartbeat if they sold a version that allows you to play the multiplayer version of HoTS. I have no desire to pay the extra for the campaign. I have never played any Starcraft campaigns, only multiplayer version. Call me cheap! | ||
