My view on IdrA right now is more that he's an unknown due to how good we know he should be and how he's saying he's improved massively in korea, despite lackluster results. | ||

lol Idra fanboys always vote idras group as the hardest, get a clue I voted his group but I believe he will be the weakest in it. In fact the groups are actually fairly evenly sprinkled with big names and mid tier players alike. | ||

MC is still a code S level protoss. Nerchio and Ret have forever been among the best players in europe. Elfi is actually in the group he can win. His PvP has forever been able to upset anyone and at assembly he was extremely close to beating Stephano 2-0. He is in a group where his best matchups are the only ones he needs to play. | ||

And then i think DRG and supernova are better then violet and MMA but thats just my thoughts :p it is pretty close tbh | ||

Foreigners vs Koreans. It. Shall. Be. Epic.  A and D look the craziest to me, even if some of the players in those groups don't have huge wins under their belts. I wouldn't count out group B though... Ret, nerchio, MC... that's pretty sick. Don't know much about elfi and sound (only seen him @ HSC) so I dunno. I guess I'll just have to watch IEM WC! ... when ever it's on :S | ||

dKiller was supposed to change his name after losing to Sangho at I think it was IEM... very annoying that he didn't go through with it. Really they should both change their name though, as dKiller agreed to change his and Sangho is just a much better name than Killer. With this in mind I would have to change my vote to C as the players are all very good and close in skill, with Mana and Fruitdealer being a tad behind the other 4. | ||

MMA, JYP, Violet should be pretty big favorites to advance. Group B: MC is a big favorite to advance with a huge dropoff from there. I think Ret & Elfi for 2 and 3. Group C: Zenio, Killer, Puma. Quite possibly none of these guys would advance from group A (Zenio would be a slight favorite over JYP and Violet). Probably the most balanced group overall. Look for a Dimaga upset to sneak into the top 3. Group D: DRG, Supernova, and then a dogfight for 3rd. Kas has the inside track, but recent P > T trends might open the door for ReaL or Feast. Most Balanced: C Most Skill: A Most Interesting: D (who will get 3rd?) Biggest reminder of the Korean v Foreigner skill gap: B | ||
