After reading the OP, I find that without even reading those I'd follow them anyway out of a general sense of netiquette and respect.

Doesn't hurt to be explicit about the things that are cool and those that aren't on this site, though.

Rules read and understood, indeed nice with a rittle revamp once in a while.

And I know this is nitpicking, but the second sentence under §7 isn't using the scandinavian letters:
"Ver sa vennlig a benytt engelsk pa disse sidene."

The correct way should be:
"Vær så vennlig å benytt engelsk på disse sidene."

It's no big deal ofcourse, but since you're already using the korean/chinese "letters" then I thought why not these ones as well.
