StarCraft will be played on Sunday, 8/12 for both regionals.
North Regionals
North Regionals have already been played at Net Heads, Indianapolis, IN. Evade got 1st place. Nesh got 2nd place.
Atlantic Regionals
Atlantic regionals were postponed and will be played online.

the website doesnt have much information on it. For irvine what day are the sc games sat or sunday and what time?

Also what time will this be taking place? Why does it take 2 days?

10am check in usually. sunday only for starcraft. the other games spread throughout the two days.

For me at Indianapolis, we had from 10-12 pretty much to check in. Obviously you're gonna want time to warm up, but I don't think the 10am check in is really all that sharp, because I arrived at around 10:45 without any problems.

So wait, if Sunday is starcraft only and the event is August 11th-12th, Sunday is the 13th. Can you explain this? I might want to pop in and watch and I'm not sure when the best time to go would be for some sc.

you will most likely have to buy a ticket into the joint or something. Nobody really knows for sure. In one of these wcg threads a guy announces himself as a "WCG admin" and I already spoke with him, hes very quick to inform. Ask him!

u havent had 2 pay the last 3years this year mite b different since i believe its in universal but im not sure =/ usually they announce the venue in some cool way but they havent yet its bullshit :-/

they won't announce anything until after all the players who qualified for all games are confirmed as going, which means the gamers have to send in their travel info to WCG first.
Monday is the deadline, and then they'll probably spend another week finding replacements if needed, so expect the news in about 1.5 weeks or less.
