Maybe my expectations were unreasonable but I hoped for more. Still love you guys <3

Really enjoyed it, was surprised by the quality of the overall production value.

well, I found out about sc2quoteoftheday from this, sadly no time to watch this

Great work! I loved every one of Hero's clip, the bit about Sheth's stomach cracked me up ....

There are no subtitles for most of it. Only stuff in languages other than English (Korean, Swedish) is subtitled and every now and then a bit of talk that's in the background and hard to hear.

Loved it.
Great graphics in the beginning there, was fun watching

I almost cried when sheth explained his name you should watch The Notebook. your life will be shattered. lol
But on topic.. there really should have been a story, the title 'rising' has so much potential.

it's entertaining enough, but it's a shame they didn't find a more interesting angle than just straight up interviews and gushing descriptions of players

Col redemption and col Armageddon are better examples of how to make a good esports doc ( google them)

Watched it, Was really awesome!

Oh, my god! What a wonderfully heart-tugging experience that was.

This is full of epicness!

Great film.
The Jinro part is so sad.

I was actually disappointed by this doc. Some constructive criticisme: Its lacking a story and the reason for this is the director didnt go close enough. I wanted to see how they are in real life what makes them sad what makes them happy, What do there friends/girlfriends and parents think. It just felt like interviews after interviews.

Pretty disappointing. Maybe this could've worked better as a series of short videos. As mentioned before, there's no story and there really isn't a lot to be learned from it. Not even their personalities are allowed to come out in full. Take this as constructive criticism.

My favorite parts were the scenes of everyone hanging out and talking amongest themselves or at the BBQ. At least with respect to seeing how are outside the booth.
I would suggest in the next Team Liquid documentary to maybe have them all sit down together and just talk amongest themselves about events they think were important. Mix in some 1 on 1 interviews with regards to personal stuff or as explication to the topic being discussed. Even include old or staple TL individuals who have been around a long time to kind of create a personification of TL as a whole based on shared life events.
If I recall correctly, didn't Jinro (Frosty Arbiterz) help Day9 practice a crap ton for WCG 05 or something? I though I remember something like that being casually tossed out there in a daily or something. Its little things like that which connect the whole community. Also, its kind of funny that there is an EG/Liquid rivalry when number of players on both teams were in the same practice "circle" for months (years?).
