This was absolutely perfect! It was a nice portrait of all the players, and to me it really showed what liquid stands for. It's always fun to get a look behind the scenes, and see what the players are like when they're not playing.

Good job, and the animation parts where great!

Maybe i was expecting a little to much,but i honestly have to say that i found it a to bit disappointing.

What i expected is the history Team Liquid(a more detailed one at least),history of players as of how they started out with Starcraft and gaming in general,a lot more tournament footage and a certain storyline following the team since the release of BETA..And a documentation in general.What i got from the movie is a bunch of interviews(don't get me wrong,great great intervies especially Jinro witch was my favorite)..
Anyway,great great movie but i feel it wrong to call it a "Documentary".
And then again maybe it's the high expectations i had(very high)

On another note,i haven't donated yet,however i will surely do that later today(i hope)

This is how the documentary should've been done. Follow a storyline (or individual storylines) like the following article:

I think part of the expectations was also coming from the title itself "Liquid Rising". So you'd expect there to be some sort of arc where the team actually rises to where they are now.

It wasn't a documentary. That pretty much sums it up. I really liked hearing what Nazgul thinks and things with Huk, but I would have loved to see more things about the history of the team (more clips of Nazgul in BW or at least some of the GSL & MLG events Liquid members always do so well in) and also how the team runs (more backstage kind of thing). Props for making this though, was like an interesting interview to read.

Sound volume levels were fucked between player intro songs and interviews. Somehow the content of this documentary didn't quite meet the expectations from all the hype, sorry.

Other than that, I feel that everyone had a great time while doing this, so it all good.

Donated and waiting for new kickass posters to arrive!

Maybe i expected something what i would have loved to see. Interviews, reviewing the players history and so on, wasn¨t what i wanted to see completely. Instead following the players, doing crazy and normal stuff where-ever, would¨ve been fantastic, but at the same time, i¨d think, expensive..

But over all it wasn¨t bad or anything. Great doc, and i will be donating a bit.

Just constructive criticism here, but even as a big fan of e-sports I found this documentary rather boring. The profiles of each player were too long and should not have been the main focus of the film. *Insert liquid player here* is such a great guy, etc. etc. for 10 minutes long. My favorite part of the film was also the shortest, when talking about the rivalry between EG and Liquid. I think you should have focused more on Liquid competing rather than focusing on the players.

That's just my opinion. It was a valiant effort but I think it could have been much better.

I was really disapointed in this documentary. No type of story arc. No infornation about eSports to players unaware about the scene. No type of suspense. Take a look at this.

. I was expected something more of this
