The poster was making a pun thanks to some word play. Specifically, he was intentionally mixing up Messi with Mark Messier (pronounced Messi-ay), a Canadian hockey player who played in the NHL in the 80s and 90s. It could also include a little joke about stereotypical Canadian speech of adding "eh?" to the end of some sentences, imagining that Huk said: "The Koreans called me Messi, eh?"
