Since some tournaments require to play in max settings, so might as well have the players get used to that.

This weeks Fan-art is sick and will be hard to top. But knowing the TL community there will be plenty of epic Artworks. TLAF-Liquid Fighting

The stories from Legionnaire were also not only entertaining, but they were really nice examples of more of those undeniable truths about progaming in Korea. There certainly will be hardships and challenges to overcome, but it can and will be done, and TLAF-Liquid', no matter what happens, will always be happy with their choice to chase their dreams and take on some of the greatest challenges of their lives! And after all, when the time comes, they'll be rock stars. Also, thank you for the VODs of TLAF-Liquid'TLO vs. NaDa! I've heard a lot of people saying that they were amazing games, so I'm really looking forward to seeing them. On another side note, that painting of TLO is really amazing - the artist has a lot of talent! Please keep these write-ups coming (and maybe a video once in a while?) so that we can keep tabs and watch over our team as they live and train in Korea! These articles are awesome, and I always get excited when I see that a new one has been posted. To TLAF-Liquid': GL HF, and stay healthy and happy guys!

I think the statement was meant in relation to BW, which is what SC2 is essentially competing with in Korea. It may not seem like you need much to run SC2 when you compare it to some other modern games, but have you looked at the system requirements for SC1 lately? You need a 90mhz Pentium 1 with Windows 95. I could literally go over to my grandmother's house and load up BW on her junky, 10 year old, spyware-ridden HP desktop and play it with no problems.
