This is what it says on the SC2 page under Delivery Destinations. If you have other experiences with shipping to Germany please let us know so we can act accordingly. We'll assume it can be delivered from the UK to Germany for now.

I knew there was a reason I held out on pre-ordering..
Are you guys going to keep this open after the release? I want the CE but I'll be traveling during the release so I don't want it shipped anywhere yet.

Possibly, I got an auto-confirmation mail, confirming (obviously) my order, but no key, so it looks like it might take a little while.

They definitely ship games to germany. I got all my PC and PS3 games from amazon.co.uk.
However recently they seem to have stopped shipping games that are indexed or banned in germany. (without any legal obligation to do so, btw.)
I tried that with left 4 dead 2 and wolfenstein and in both cases i got "... cannot be shipped to the selected address." when placing the order.
That didn't happen when I ordered SC2 so I'm pretty sure it'll work.
