Just in case: This term means that the case is being reviewed without an arrest. There is no reason for the police to arrest the person because he won't run away or something like that. If it was a murder or something more serious, they would get an arrest warrant from the judge and arrest the person before the trial. People who get 불구속입건'd also gets 기소, which is investigation on the Court (검찰)'s level. Usually, 불구속 기소 gets a fine while 구속 기소 gets a trial and a jail time, from my understanding. | ||
