You just get stuck a lot on what you think people should be doing, which you usually reason from what you would do in their place. There's a variety of reasons for why people do the things they do and it seems that you don't really understand how she thinks.

I know i don't understand that (well actually i do now after talking with her about it).
But some of the things just looked very much more likely to come from scum than town, like the GB case on D1 -> which came when she was under pressure. And it looked like this:
- glowingbear does stuff
- rsoultin townreads him
- glowingbear continues doing same stuff
- rsoultin is scumread
- suddenly rsoultin scumreads gb....
i found it out to be fishy as hell.

I just couldn't believe rsoultin's famous "tone reading" could mean that she wasn't reading me as obvious town. It was confusing.
Also the Shining stuff is kinda indicative of my decreased confidence in my own mafiareads in the last ~6 months (due to laziness/busyness/whatever).
It came to mind I'd have pushed that as a shenanny lynch much harder in times gone by and probably got it, instead of frowning and giving up.

meh.. last five games my initial (first scumread) in the game has been 100% correct and 3/5 i have dropped it because someone else who is town starts doing dumb shit.

I find that pretty understandable honestly. Things he posts later can result in having a different perspective on the things he's posted earlier. Plus it's very different reading someone's posts when you have sort of a townread on them over reading their filter when you saw something suspicious.

Eh, usually when people go for that they were pushed too far. The line between playing to win as hard as possible and signing up just to have fun is one that's different for everyone. At some point, people break and they'll do so in a different way depending on their alignment. I don't think you can put the blame merely at those who crack. You may play to win, but the goal (in terms of why people sign up) is to have fun.
