Needs to be a semi permanent, it's happening to often if the person wants to come back and go through the hoops to get back fine. People need to know it's going to take you having to do more shit to comeback than sitout a few games. I thought VE should have gotten a perm.

#4 is definitely much worse than #3. Snickers did it with the intent to ruin the game while VE even tried to not include his teammates.
All the other cases you list are even less comparable.

My understanding of three to semiperm is that it's the same as a semiperm in that you are semipermmed and if you want to come back, you sit out three games formally before you even have a chance of doing so. Straight semiperm (i.e. Robik) basically means don't bother from what I've seen (and why it's called semi, when you are fully banned, I have no idea tbh).
Three-games is just that, three games and you are back in.
And yeah JAT, if you want to use the final argument (where he was unprovoked and posted whilst dead) you can argue for the tougher/(semi)perm end of the range here.

Not only was snickers' offense intentional, it was deliberate. I don't really see why you are comparing it to what VisceraEyes did.

I just don't get the bolded part. By that logic, Mattchew should be punished just as hard as Snickers. It's all about effect and what Mattchew did had the same effect as Snickers.
That just doesn't make any sense and is why you're generally required to prove mens rea. I get that this is forum mafia and not the real world, but it's still a good principle.

Like posting after deadlines is also something that can be a mistake. Not voting all day is a prty big mistake. Enough of one where its even justified to modkill even if its a mistake.

Also shape should have been modkilled. Thats kind of annoying when I cant do personal attacks because ls( a townie had to go off). Even though they are a legit scum strategy. I realize there is enough benefits so personal attacks shouldnt be allowed, but then enforce rules that dont help either alignment to a lesser degree.

I know it's hard to admit being wrong after having made a big mistake. But NOTHING that has happened this game warranted you ruining it.
You're going to be banned. It's always possible to be back here after sittouting games when/if you realize you were wrong and want to play again. Until that happens, it serves no purpose to post here. Everyone knows you are the one in the wrong so that will just be a waste of time and rage.

I find it quite funny how upset people get about this stuff. Its prty simple. I signed up for a game. The host doesnt know the rules and doesnt enforce them. The host wasted my time and so did shapelog for not voting so I "ruined" the game.
I dont feel bad about it all. After fucking the game up Onegu just wants to bitch/lie/pussy foot around to make himself look better.
