Sorry if this seems unusually rough, but like, if people don't use the banlist in their games (which is to say, barring banned players from playing) then that's fine, but it means the banlist isn't active in their game. Part of the banlist isn't just putting people on this list, it's that they can't play in games until they're off it. If people don't take the second part of that sentence into account, the first part isn't meaningful. | ||
