When he gets scumread by geript, he just says he's not scum, and then says that something must be impeding geript's ability to read him. He responds to geript's scumread, but without providing any content. He doesn't actually ask geript why he had this scumread, doesn't think about geript's alignment at all, and seemingly assumes that geript is town.

Furthermore, I'm not used to LightningStrike being this aggressive in his wording.

The townread on Damdred feels very out of place. This is the only read he's made to this point in the game. Also, note the wording, he says "if" instead of "though". LightningStrike ought to know that he is town...

Damdred is wrong about my alignment and Damdred does normally rsouls alignment correctly but he wrong on my alignment this game but that wont make him scum if he is scum.
And it continues. He doesn't take any effort to explain this Damdred read at all. And he's so aggressive towards others who scumread him. It feels like he just townread Damdred to appease him.

When LightningStrike finally gives a reason for townreading Damdred (in his list post), it's because Damdred is putting in effort. Which wasn't the case when LightningStrike first gave his townread of Damdred.

Here's a counter-example from Himalayas. However, I haven't seen LightningStrike play like this as town before, and it still feels like his tone is more meek in this game than his other town games (even the Himalays quote).
