We're not thinking of massclaiming, are we? I don't actually think that would be the worst idea, especially if you wanted to maximize roles that help town narrow down scum and not end up with too many probes. We will mass claim. You can change your role and you should if it doesn't fit my plan. You're not a unique snowflake. Fall in line. xP Considering your plan looks like mostly not picking clearly scum-aligned roles, why would I say as either alignment that I was changing my role? You're amusing. Okay, just wondering if straight-up assigning roles was on the table or not. I can see the drawback being of course that scum would already know who had which role...but yeah. Eh, I'll let y'all figure out the setup @.@ This is my question stated better

So what are the odds the top 3 in the drafting order are town? And mafia didn't contest first 3 numbers?
|
i donno. Maybe 0 palmer and others told everyone there number
|
And mafia just accepts the top 3/4 is all town?
I also want to know why oats backed out of the #2 spot that easily.

Hmm...is picking numbers close to the top alignment indicative? I get that it effects whether or not you get your desired role, but I guess the question is, is it alignment indicative enough to make a good value judgment on it alone?
|
No. Any alignment wants the top spot. The question is whether mafia would, as a whole, accept a top 4 which is all town without any fight.
|
To which the answer is probably not.

Superbia is sounding pretty damn townie right about now.
Also marv is basically confirmed mafia at this point. Sucks to be him I guess. It's super hard to break out of your town meta when all you do is roll mafia.

True. So...either top numbers were already claimed by scum or some of those double-ups on claimed numbers were to knock people out of the line-up, most like. Course, there's also the people not reading cause that happens a lot.

@oats why did you pick 5. Did you just not see I did, as I find that hard to believe since it was in the thread 3 times.

How confident are you in Superbia?

have you met oats? Probably town points for him not caring

also scum points for onegu for pointing that out. There also almost never on a mafia team together because he would rage in the scum qt.
|
:/
I'm not really following those reads, SL...or points, or whatever. Explain?
|
Well at least you have a townie in the dead last spot; how can I best make this useful?

The oats I know doesn't care as either alignment. But it's been months maybe a year since I played with him last.
