I thought he was some dumb townie for most of what I read but the part where superbia was going to be lynched and then Kelsier was all like trying to get him to be productive with questions that lead to answers that would appease the town just didn't seem genuine so close to the deadline. It is very small and could be nothing. Regardless I don't want to lynch palmar for ages and we need to lynch into the cop claims.
