Where does it say we can't talk? All I see is

Palmar said it in big green letters a few pages back and I agree with his sentiment that if people can talk after actions are locked in then it is unfavorable for mafia.

Unless hosts say something we can speak as we wish. One hour resolution time in which actions can't be changed but you can still talk is getting pretty standard.
Don't have much to add either though.

I just said I thought like it should be that way, not that it was that way. I was suggesting a rule-update to the hosts.

It's _ridiculously_ OP for town to have a resolution period where you can claim in.
