Palmar is unfortunately town. He's in the I wanna be scum but my mom won't let me category.
Suki don't you feel like Balla's filter length and content alone, regardless of the quality is indicative of him probably being town? I don't think he'd try this hard as scum, especially with Toad going down the drain so quickly.
