there is only one tricky situation, where kush claims to roleblock Koshi and Koshi dies.

Then kush could be mafia but it's not sure, and suddenly there are 3 targets in rayn, balla, kush and only 2 lynches. in this case the correct play is actually to lynch not-kush. It will be 3-1 going into night. Then we tell kush to shoot the other target. If kush is town the other target dies and town wins. If kush is mafia then there will be no vigi and we lynch kush.

the reason it wouldn't be sure that kush is mafia is that the last mafia knows his only chance is to kill the person kush is roleblocking in the scenario that kush is not mafia in order to stand even a miniscule chance. however the vigilante plan deals with that and regardless everyone gets confirmed/dead.

gg. perfect game from town, even lynching non-kush was optimal day 3 because kush's role was provable.

I can't understand for the life of me why they are assuming kush is town.

yeah, because if he's mafia it becomes obvious very quickly, so there's no point thinking about it. I explained this plenty

edit 2: don't know why host didn't call the end of the game earlier tbh. Made the end boring when the result was 100% set in stone. At the very least on the night I died, there was zero reason to play out the next 48 hours. Absolutely zero.

re: rayn, mafia rarely behave like enraging children. like if someone who knows rayn as well as me tells you he is town (and the BttB example was perfect, as much as you disagreed on the specifics) and players like Koshi+Palmar don't disagree... then either you have an amazing read that a bunch of players who know the dude in question simply don't share somehow, or you're incorrect. Chances are it's the latter in the large majority of cases

I agree with marv this was correct town play. But obs qt wanted to see kush lynch sooner.

I gained considerable satisfaction lynching Oats, so for me it was the right play ;p
