I dunno, I believe bans are meant to serve a purpose (getting a message across that what someone did was unacceptable). I'd argue a 3-game ban is more suited here because sl is still trying to justify what he did, whereas in the cases of repeated offenses (see Robik and co) it's generally a case of someone knowing, but just being unable to control theirselves. In that light I personally support a 3-game ban.

Regardless of which faction I was working with, this game would not have been for my benefit. That wasn't the point.
Who knows Boxerfred or some of these others might be your mafia teammate in a future game. Just saying.
You know well that you just can't be right as town you also have to be persuasive. You can't just kick and scream your way to the finish the way you did. And especially not in a newbie game.
I mean you told Bats he couldn't act the way he did with us newbies in our first game. So why did you think it was any more acceptable to do the same here?

I feel the ban is quite deserved.
In my game people were lynching the uncced cop I've never done anything like what SL did here. Don't lump me in with this kthx.

2 games is more than enough though imo,1 is probably better, SL probably just got too excited about defending that no-lynch record of his

That is very debatable. And being afraid of losing the no-lynch record that only exists in his own head is not an excuse for berating a newbie in pms during a fucking newbie game.

In any case, I'm with Artanis and JAT on this one, I'd say 2-3, 3 especially if there's been prior/other issues.

I kinda feel I'm also responsible for this indirectly with me testing out stuff. So in my opinion it was really not malicious intent from SL but rather impatience and a sudden surprise, when he thought the game was pretty much over, that led to this. SL already implied he wanted that game over early into N4.
This is the first time I played with SL. Although I believed in his honour, as it will also be reflected in this future games, I couldn't be 100% sure. If I knew him any longer I'm pretty sure I'd just leave it at the BF block, and not perceive him as an dangerous element in the off-chance he is the mafia.
Sure I think SL PMing BF was wrong, but it was for reasons of impatience, maybe a bit of anger, but not malicious intent. 2 Gane-Ban is fine?
