Second thought.
What if the Kenpachi rule is started by scum? Or scum is finding FT a fitting target?
I am looking at FT his filter and the only reason people are focusing him is because he asks why ShiaoPi claimed? I have read a couple guides on mafia, and they all say that it isn't smart to claim first day even as VT. I am not a big fan of this "Kenpachi rule", I am also not a big fan of using this tactic to destroy all conversation day 1, or redirect it on 1 person.

I have a bigger problem with this reaction from Lazermonkey.
FT his first reaction was neutral, you can't tell that he is or isn't upset by the claim. His second post 1h20m later, reveals his opinion on the claim, the opinion he already had while asking ShiaoPi why he claimed.

That's an interesting first post. I always have to let everything sink in for a while when I read a new mafia game. This guy is straight to business. Maybe because he is pretty good at this game, maybe because FT is scumtarget for day 1?

Having 2 people fall for the same gambit in such a short period seems quite unlikely. I'm pretty sure rayn has been in a game with an attempted Kenpachi gambit anyways so he would know better than to fall for it along with his teammate.

I don't think it really matters if you reveal who your partner is in thread. If someone kills with it, everyone will know. At some point we definitely need to reveal, just a question of when. But for now at the very least each person should know who they're partnered with I think.

You are supposed to say to your mason who you are, but not reveal mason in chat. At least that is what has been decided in this thread.
Nobody mentioned that masons will be swapped each cycle though, I believe t hey will so keeping your mason secret sounds useless to me.

Where I stand:
People should NOT be anonymous in their QTs. There is no reason to do that.
People should be trying to discern the alignment of their partner, but not to the point where they stifle discussion in the QT. Pressure him, but don't argue incessantly.
People should not tell the thread who their partners are. If the partners are both town, we end up denying scum a TON of useful information by not saying who your partner is. It will also be useful to find mini-mason circles to confuse scum.
Oh, I was under the assumption that the last point was kinda being followed. I also thought the reasoning was horrible to start, but I now completely understand that blue death will cause those linked to them to be targetted fast in the case information was given out.
