Decent work Yamato. It only took you a year to finally put it together. I find it very alarming that no one else has taken the time to actually sit down and explain why i'm scummy up until now, and sadly there arent enough scum remaining for me to accuse the sheep. I'm hoping VE clears me somehow, not that anyone will believe it.

OO there's something I don't like about the case but....I find I'm having trouble articulating it.
Like, up at the top there you take a quote of his from the beginning of the game and put it back to back with one from the end of the game? There's no context there. I don't see anything that explains scum motivations for his actions OUTSIDE of you saying "he's blending" and I don't see you trying to explain town motivations for anything either.
That Artanis liked that case is pretty amazing, I'm left wondering what he liked about it.

Yamato I'm getting to yours now. Hopeless clear yourself if you're town.

LOL yamato is trying to save himself from dying by spamming us with walls of text. nice try bro

Yamato the Hopeless case is sound.
That wasn't so hard was it?

Kush is there anything in particular you didn't like about the Hopeless case?

I just wanted to applaud for that last sentence because it was beautiful. Overall, the storytelling was grand. The case isn't particularly strong on actual evidence, it just provides a reasonable narrative for a scum BC. There's no hard evidence, it just makes sense given how BC has played. The case is far too short and lacking to be damning which is why as stated I'd want to see Hopeless flip first, but it gives a decent narrative.

The other shit can be explained by inactivity.
It looks like he decided he was going to cal hopeless scum, then he scrubbed his filter for anything remotely scummy he could use.

So why didn't you say that instead of flaming yamato about "lol that won't save you bro"?
|
he spammed a lot not just about hopeless. If he were town I think he would have been focused on pushing a particular lynch target. But he basically wrote about everything for no purpose other than to spam to look tryhard to look town.

The one problem I have with considering Hopeless scum is this:
In his first big post (where he goes to all the trouble of showing why Vivax' assumption is bogus)...if he's scum with ShiaoPi, WHY would he go to all the trouble to tell Vivax how wrong he is? One of the scumteam's (presumably) newer players being considered at least a little townie based on almost nothing...why would he try and talk Vivax out of this? Why put HIMSELF in the spotlight in this way?

That whole post is about getting out of the spotlight, actually.

You were doing MUCH better when you were reading teh thread. Don't make broad generalizations.

The fact that he posted it means he was putting himself IN the spotlight, in order to DISSUADE Vivax' townread of several players, including flipped scum ShiaoPi.
This doesn't jive with a scum mindset imo.

True, but maybe it's because he didn't want to cherry-pick amongst the townreads; rather he wanted to discredit Vivax altogether, to hell with who was named specifically. I COULD see that but I do agree that from a scum mindset you'd probably want to avoid insinuating anyone on your team is scum at all unless bussing...

I don't feel it has anything to do with who Vivax was calling town, it has more to do with Palmar calling Vivax town for it.

VE how did you like my case?

I'm pretty interested in BC's lack of torch and pitchfork where WoS is concerned. He seemed like dead set on Wave dying because of the miller claim. Now? Not so much...
