Suddenly VE's claim isn't so confirmed is it? Now all of a sudden we're looking at VE looking like scum because of confirmed-sanity-CC checking him as scum! Except...VE isn't scum is he?! I'm suddenly falling out of love with the idea of cops checking each other with the idea of a framer-JOAT still flying around.
Plus, Scum/3P have KP and you all might not live too long anyway.
I'd rather take CC/VE at face value, ignore Palmar's claim, and lynch Shiao tomorrow pending any further results.

Because cops checking cops effectively wastes an entire night of checks if all three are town. More information is generated from randomly selecting from unchecked players than from checking in a circlejerk of blue power.

Plus if there is a framer it is less likely to have an effect on checks.
