Why are you so scared to call people scummy, pretty much every thing in your last 3 posts has been calling people out for not acting townie. Or why would town do such a thing! The way you are approaching people is so careful its not even funny, trying to point out things to make others look scummy and bad, proposing to let people that lurk be inable to be lynched? I look forward to lynching you tomorrow scum. You don't even read the thread because all of these accusations about my plan have already been answered.
I ask for a role claim because if he is town, he should want to be here on Lynch day. If he thinks he shouldn't I want to know why before I grant him his request.
Stop being dumb.

And I see what you mean about dodging a lynch. But I'm thinking long term here, and I think the best course is to claim now and start my abilities going as opposed to being there for 1 lynch.

Hassy,

In most cases you will not know your alternate role until you have swapped Worlds. If most players have multiple roles, and don't know what they would be in the other world, why do you think you should be shipped to the other world because of yours?
Moreover, your abilities. Do you get 1 upon a switch, or do you only have abilities in the other world, and can use 1 per cycle or something like that.
If you gain one ability per swap and don't know what it would be, I don't think that justifies constant swapping of you.

I take the role of Lucy in the other world. All Lucy's abilities are in that world, so I don't need swapping back to keep using my abilities. Once I'm there I get one ability per cycle, and I don't pick which ability I get that day.
Basically I'm Yugi from Aperture, only better looking and not with cards

.o/ Hello, catching up what is going on... seems like people are being very ch-angry.
Hassy, while it does seem like a good option for at least day 1, again, i'd rather not say we are giving you this "garuntied" security by the constant swap. We will see,,,
Regarding the other swaps, personally... idk what you guys are on the consensus for because of all the rawr my idea no you scum, come at me stuff. I think we should keep best townies here as well as the scum. Huh, why, well best townie means... well maybe we think they are the BEST TOWNIE... (ie, thought provoking/helpful to geting scum) thus shouldnt be lynched by THE TOWN... right? And we want the scummy people here to lynch them when it is the even day. Regarding the who to send then... well all that is left is people in the middle, im contemplating that atm, ill bring that up later i suppose when i have more time to sit and think.
Just throwin my thoughts out there for that day one

Hassy your claim makes sense with what I have in my role pm. I believe you =)

What do you guys think about what's been going on in the other thread regarding the foolishness/palmar/marvelosity deal?
|
@foolishness from what I've seen from marv he always starts the game with mostly one liners and posts a lot of one liners all throughout the game, with some bigger posts here and there. I really thought your first vote was more of a random vote, but you sure are trying to make it sound like you had some sort of reasoning behind it. Also marv's response could be one trying to gauge for your reactions as well, what makes you say that's scum behavior if he could have just as easily the same motives that you claim to have? What do you think about palmar jumping in your wagon supporting marv's vote?

2 reasons
1. I wasn't sure how much I could actually say. I knew I had to claim, but didn't know how much of it I had to paraphrase and/or not say at all
2. Claiming at an earlier time when there's no one there, and then not being around to answer question seemed counter productive, so I thought it would be best to do it when I can actually answer questions.

Sounds fine to me hassy. Hopefully yor role includes veteran status.

Makes me think marv is scum who tried to bait someone into voting him. Other reasons I won't talk about right now, too.

Does each player have a single alignment that persists through both worlds?

Man am I being hated on for changing my mind? Sandro's original plan isn't good but the version where both sides send their scummy players IS good because it averts the possibility of lynching into a pool of all confirmed town players.

Sandro's original plan isn't good but the version where both sides send their scummy players IS good because it averts the possibility of lynching into a pool of all confirmed town players. Swapping scummy players is a bad idea.
(1) Swapping gives an extra/role power to some of us it seems. Swapping mafia into more powers = bad. Swapping townies into more powers = good.
(2) Even if we all kept up with both threads, each thread is going to be more aware of its players than the other. I foresee times where Thread A swaps scummy player to B, but B wants to lynch it's own choice. If we swap scum, it's basically each thread deciding who the OTHER thread should lynch, and the other thread having no say or wrecking the plan.
(3) If a thread swaps its scummiest player, it then has a lynch the next day and can't lynch it's former scummiest player. Meanwhile, the scummy guy arrives in the other thread on swap day, so...what do they do? Swap him back because he's scummy?
If each thread swapped scummy players, even if we decided you couldn't get re-swapped, it would take longer to lynch scummy players than if you just kept them and lynched them the next day. I really, really don't like the idea of swapping scummy players and it makes no sense to me at all.
|
Moreover, we never have to lynch into a pool of all confirmed town players. Lynching takes majority. If we have all confirmed townies, then we (1) screwed up swapping somewhere OR just lynched a scum player in that world, huzzah; (2) can no-lynch and let swaps do their work.
