WOW AUSTIN YOU'RE SURE A CONTROVERSIAL POSTER. Why even defend him, then, if you have no read? You just don't want me to have a scum read on Mementoss despite you not agreeing with his conclusion. I mean, it's not like he's in danger of getting lynched or anything, so why make the defense if you don't actually agree with him wholeheartedly? Making hypocritical posts doesn't actually mean you're scum. And no, him calling you scum doesn't make him town or scum. Dear yamato, EVERYONE IN THE GAME is going to call someone town or scum. It's going to happen. Mementoss called you scum. That doesn't make him scum. If he calls NOBODY scum throughout the game, that's dumb and means that he...never lynches and never has a scumread. So no, him calling you scum says absolutely NOTHING about his alignment. I dislike what I perceive as bad logic. You felt mementoss was mischaracterizing your posts, and called him scum because of that. I'm defending him because I felt the exact same way as he did, and I think you're actually the one misrepresenting posts. I don't care if he's in danger of getting lynched or not. I care that you disagree with his thoughts on your post, and call him scum because of that, yet I agree with him. There's a big difference between just restating what he said/posting without posting and what I did. I'm actively telling you that you are wrong about how your post reads, and wrong about your reason for calling him scummy. I'm addressing your follow-up to his post. | ||

Calling you scum for being hypcritical has no bearing on his alignment at all. Some people find hypocrisy to always be scummy. They would be right to call you out for being hypocritical, whether they are scum or town. If they're town, they are scumhunting. If they're scum, it's an easy way to fake scumhunting, because it's a legit thing to call someone out on. If you think him calling you scum has any bearing on his alignment, then you need to explain why scumhunting or giving the appearance of scumhunting is exclusively a town or mafia trait. | ||

Then he attacks my plan like I'm allowing scum to be swapped indefinitely, something I specifically posted in response to earlier in the thread. He turns my actions, which had clear town motivation already explained, into something completely different. This is not how I perceive town play. This is how I perceive scum play. And he attacks me for not calling people scummy. So fine, I'll call his dumb ass scummy for taking my posts out of context and making me look bad INTENTIONALLY. | ||

In all seriousness, when the lynch day comes we need to have the majority continue/start to contribute, what i conclude now is that yamato77 and austinmcc arent both scum because who would have a full page argument if you knew you were on the same team ((probably obvious -_-)) Gotta get the lurker status off though for people. As of now, just reading the posts on other thread. | ||

Hoping i didn't just jump the gun on that, well basically this is what it does: After several turns it will reveal a person who was swaped, so we can find out about 1 person... it takes a few turns to charge, decided i might as well get it started. Basically i'm forever stuck in this world, potentially we can tag a scum if we quess a "swap" reveal correct. The downside is that we would have to swap a scum, meh when the time comes i guess we can talk about who i choose to find out. Hit me with the massive amount of question if what i said made you re-read that post like 3 times as i did when geting this role. | ||

First we play the waiting game for this to charge. but here ill list the ability: 1. We wait 2. okay we talk and we chose a person basically at random to check what they are up to 3. The SINGLE person gets checked 4. We find out what the role they had 5a. Get scum profit 5b. Get other... well... meh Side thoughts: Well hopefully this will work out... probably just the oh hey he detective kill kill, well, the real detective good luck i bought you some more time. My role doesnt really add up in the sense im still confused why it is so obscure. Granted lets get talking people because i initiated some ((hopefully positive)) event to look forward to. | ||
