Liar Game Mini Mafia

This game uses all the standard TL mafia rules and follows the ban list. In the interest of only presenting the new game or host-specific information, the large legal document that is the Model OP will be omitted from this post.

Activity:
You must post at least once every 24 hours and vote every day cycle. If this will conflict with your schedule please let me know beforehand so I can announce to your fellow players that you won't be there for that time period. If you are clearly trying to skirt this requirement you will get replaced, while if you are actively contributing but happen to miss for a bit, that's okay.

Spam:
I am a nazi on spam. Consolidate your posts and keep them focused towards contributing towards the game. Please keep the thread readable. You will get one warning and I won't hesitate to replace you, so tread carefully. Feel free to clarify anything with me.

Editing:
Editing is not allowed for any reason. Please preview your posts before posting to avoid formatting errors. But I'd rather you not double post just to fix a formatting error. If this happens, PM me, and I may let you edit. If you double post, make sure it has game relevant content.

Please keep it civil in here. Just because this is a game doesn't mean you have license to insult or disrespect each other. I will be very harsh on insults and players who create a bad atmosphere. Also i may ban you for using the words derp or herp just because, so be warned!

Signups are open, with preference prioritized for skilled, active players who do not have a history of disrupting games. Promising new players are also welcome to signup. If you would like to make a case for why you should be included feel free to pm me. The game is capped at 18 players.

PMs:
PMs are allowed, but NO IMs. Your out of thread communications must be through the TL interface only. Mafia, naturally, may communicate within their team however they please.

Information:
This is a closed setup. All you know is the following:

Town win condition: You win when all threats to the Town are eliminated.
Mafia win condition: You win when you outnumber the town AND have eliminated the rival mafia faction.

There are 2 rival mafia factions.
There may or may not be a 3rd party.

So what makes this a themed game? The voting procedure of course. This game borrows its voting procedure from the Minority Game and the 1st Revival Round (read it if you haven't yet!). So how does it work?

• Each day is divided into two phases:
  -Round A (first 24 hours)
  -Round B (second 24 hours)
  
• All votes must be cast by PM. In thread votes will not be counted.
  
• Round A is the minority voting round. Everyone gets to cast 1 vote to a yes or no question provided in the Day post. At the end of round A, the results will be posted, and anyone in the minority is immune from the lynch for that day. In the event of a draw, there will be a revote for the minority round. If there are 3 consecutive minority rounds, the game goes straight into the night phase. Players in the majority are all eligible candidates for lynch in Round B.
  
• Round B is the downsizing round. Each player PMs me 5 names of players who you wish to survive to the next day. You may vote for the same person multiple times if you wish, but you cannot vote for yourself or anyone not in the game. You must use all your votes every cycle. At the end of the round, the final tally will be posted. The player with the lowest number of votes will be lynched. If there is a tie for lowest vote getter, then all those tied at the bottom are lynched. Therefore, if you have zero votes, you automatically die. At least one person will always die by lynch.
  
  Votes will be made public after each phase. Thus at the start of round B the results of the Minority voting phase will be published, and after round B ends someone(s) will be lynched and the votes will be posted (see below for details).
  

Example:
Assume there are 5 Players in the Game. At the end of Round A, the votes are as follows:


The No voters are in the minority, so they are exempt from lynch in the next round.

For Round B, each players has 5 votes. The eligible candidates are the Yes voters. At the end of Round B, the votes are as follows:


GMarshal has the lowest number of votes and is lynched.

Example 2:
Assume there are 6 Players in the Game. At the end of Round A, the votes are as follows:


Ace and Gmarshal are in the minority, so they are exempt from lynch. For Round B, each players has 5 votes. The eligible candidates are the No voters. At the end of Round B, the votes are as follows:

Flamewheel 18 (Ver 5, Quatol 2, Foolishness 2, Ace 4, Gmarshal 5)
Ver 6 (Flamewheel 5, Ace 1)
Foolishness 3 (Quatol 3)
Quatol 3 (Foolishness 3)

Foolishness and Quatol are tied at the lowest number of votes (3) and are lynched.
