The Holy Roman Empire is in VOTE A.T.L.A.S. FOR EMPORER the middle of a crisis: the recent Emperor has died and there is a succession crisis. Fortunately, due to the sheer amount of fucking that Kaiser Caller I had been involved in throughout his reign, we have many possible heirs to the throne. That is why we gather you here today.

Now the main line of Caller is the Hamburger line. As he was known for riding his wife into battle, a great number of you gathered here are of this line. That being said, he doubtless was fucking many other people, including his wife's sisters, other people's wives, other people's sisters, the pope, two rabbits, a decayed, dead, cardinal, and some sort of cherry-colored pastry. So it seems obvious that there would be other lines as well.

Of course, there is an order to inheritance. All players will PM me the name of two players, one for Emperor and one for Empress. The person with the most votes becomes Emperor, and his heir is the player behind him in line. Similarly, the player for Empress will become Empress and the following player will be the Empress's heir.

Emperor's Powers:
One lynch, every day, for free.
Appoints a Chancellor.
Redistributes any roles that are left vacant (i.e. dead players with no heirs)
Masoned with Empress.

Chancellor's Powers:
Investigates the role/family alignment of any player, once per night.

Empress's Powers
May choose to pardon one lynch, a day.
Appoints an Archbishop.
Masoned with Emperor.

Archbishop's Powers
May declare somebody a heretic. This reveals their role and family alignment to the whole town.

Royal Marriages
Are you worried about losing your titles? Wondering why you can't PM? No problem! Marry people! You may marry one person (until death do you part) and in doing so you can mason the other player. In addition, if one of you dies, and the other lives, the living spouse gets ALL of the dead person's roles. Obviously, the Empress and Emperor cannot marry, because they are technically married to each other (unless, of course, one or both are already married to someone else) but everybody else can. You may not communicate with anyone until you are masoned. Hey, most people that married never even met before the wedding! Also, you can only send me one name per day/night to be married to. Pending marriages collapse after the night phase, and you can send in another name.

Now you may be concerned about the fact that the Emperor and the Empress, or other people, may end up in a position where multiple people have claims on the same titles. Well that's where the fun begins! Nobody gets the titles until one or the other person dies! If they both die, then the titles go back to the Emperor!

Title Roles

Duke: A Jailer with 3 Votes.
Count: Has two votes.
Viscount: Has one vote.
Other roles????

And before you ask, if you hold two Duke titles and one viscount title, you have seven votes.
