Also, I was just clicking through the filters and noticed that the number of aliens left listed in the OP is no longer X/Y. It is now 5/6. Dunno if I was just the only one to miss that but this is obviously important information.

Vayesh sat with his back to the coms listening to the noise that filtered through into the room. It was terrible noise. People were saying things that made near no sense. People were forgetting things that had happened in the stories of old. There was a trend in the men through time named Gmarshal and Sandroba. That trend was to always disappear and not help after day 1 or unless pushed hard to contribute. One has claimed sickness while the other has shown irrational behaviour. They are the leaders of our ship now yet all is quiet. Where is the leadership? Why have they not found an alien in our midst?

That prplhz wagon formed too fast for me to feel comfortable with... I say we stick to lynching Zentor (or Node... Node/i10f were both early scum reads for GMarshal and I agreed with him on them... This was the basis on which I voted for him in the first place, and he went on to lynch someone other than them >_<...This, by the way, isalso why I think GM is town, roleclaims etc aside) and shoot prplhz at the earliest opportunity.

This makes NO sense... but lets look at this bandwagon on prplhz...
If anything- Coagulation should be seen as the most suspicious after this exchange.. he jumps right on and targets prplhz, and was a big "lynch Ace" advocate....
And then we still have MrZentor, who I think is bussing prphlz with his meager response/reason for softly going along with a prplhz vote....
That being said, I'm willing to vote for either Zentor or prphlz, whichever will get a lynch...

Vayesh wondered why people were unable to see the facts right infront of them. Surely he was not the only one to see reason. Reaching down he pulled the leaver on his chair and leaned back into a recline. This would be a long day holed up in the com room again. It would give plenty of time to read the next captains log however. Or perhaps the logs of researcher Ace.

One huge problem I'm coming up against is reading filters, and wondering if this person is inactive (mavellosity for example) or if they are engaging in PMs with other players to make them seem more 'town'? Given I was talking to VE's wife, I would dare say I talk to people in PM land. I have a null read on her. If you had a specific question or questions, I'd love to give answering a bash.

So I still believe that zentor is scum.
I still hold to the case I made in my previous posts about his captain candidacy. The main case is in my filter, but to summarize: his positions were scummy because he went farther in the "democracy" direction than anyone was asking him to.
His positions would have allowed him to avoid any responsibility for his actions unless town happened to pick up on scum day 1, in which case he would be able to defend that person.
The timing of his change from a joke candidate to a serious one was really suspicious, because at the time it looked like sandroba was just going to snowball his way into the position, so zentor waited as long as he reasonably could have before starting a serious candidacy.
His answer to these arguments has been, basically, "I'm too bad at this game to have been the scum candidate." First, that doesn't actually answer any of my arguments about how scummy his behavior was. Second, to me that's a really unpersuasive argument in itself, since it relies on us guessing at scum's decision making process. For all we know, scum could have chosen zentor as their candidate because he's bad at the game, either because then he could deny being the scum candidate using the exact arguments he has been using, or because that makes him expendable of his candidacy draws too much attention. No, MrZentor is scum and I'm voting him for the lynch.

There we go. People I spoke to most were Acro (as others can attest), sandroba, and recently wbg. Also had PM contact with others, perhaps notably zentor and GMarshal early.
Reads for me are... difficult. At the moment I'm liking VE's interrogative stance on the GMarshal/sandroba duo. Early on, it was GMarshal that led me to trust sandroba and claim to sandroba. GMarshal's reasoning was that sandroba's plan that was apparently shot down by DrH was a town thing, plus the sheer amount of effort sandroba was putting in.
What makes me uncomfortable is GMarshal's practically complete absence from the thread since then, eye problems not withstanding.
Regarding zentor, in our (somewhat limited) contact I didn't really get a scummy vibe off him. Somewhat annoyingly, Acro told me to be suspicious of Zentor if Acro died, but supplied me with no reasoning for it.
