And the whole "VE's claim is shit that's the only reason anyone needs to lynch him" reminds me of when in TL LII jubjub, DrH bussed Kurumi, saying "his claim is fake, that's all evidence we need nop nop nop nop". This smells a lot like a bus. This is a pretty townie post from WBG. WBG has had ups and downs, but the two most reliable people in the game thus far I find to be gonzaw and WBG, along with a few other players who shall remain unnamed. People who aren't needlessly disputing this or that in an abrasive manner get points in my book, especially when the town is super polarized as it is. Gonzaw and WBG, if one of you is scum then this game is already pretty much lost as neither of you are going to be lynched anytime soon, but as it stands I have town reads on you both. If you guys can come to terms and consider each other townie, we can try and get things done. Why would you try and push a Hassy train lynch, assuming he was scum potentially pulling attention to yourself in the night kill? Because by that point I was convinced of Hassy's guilt and I wanted to get him lynched. I've got "attention to myself in the night kill" in spades. I don't think Hassy is scum anymore, but that's my reasoning for pushing the Hassy train. Why would you claim, before you could guarentee your sanity? (coulda tried for toad lynch then if you were right you were most likely sane, you weren't done yet, it wasn't even close)I did man, I posted a two phase case on Toad which he barely responded to and which most everyone is ignoring. I've stated EXACTLY why I feel the way I feel about Toad, and none of it has to do with my check. AT all. Again, I'm exhausted and I can't fight everyone on my own. The claim reinforced my credibility, which might be the only thing that keeps me going at this point. Now I've seen that it in fact weakens my credibility. I don't know what I'm going to do now. I'm going to die, again, and the scums are going to roll town, again. I know my claim is suspicious. But I have reasoning for claiming the way I did. If town is too obtuse to accept it, that's fine. I was about to give up anyway.  VE has still not given a legitimate response to why claiming DT in a setup like this is godawful. For the ribbing that Risen got in GoT, this is too too bad of a claim to be legit. This reminds me of how hard it was to lynch Kurumi, despite my whole team pushing and pushing to bus him ... lol. In summary: VE needs to die today. WBG and gonzaw you're both townies stop fighting. Adam, you are looking pretty scummy with your buddying to me, and the fact that you haven't helped much this game at all. Your play is reminding me of how you were in our scum game way back when. Jitsu looks scummy because he hasn't been nearly as transparant in his reads, nor as indignant as he has been in response to accusations. BH is scummy scum. I hestiate to call Toad town, but he is less scummy than either VE, BH, or Jitsu. People who say "oh if VE flips scum then Toad is town" need to rethink their mafia playstyle. I'm busy as fck which is why I've been moderately AWOL, but seriously, VE has to die. People, try not to spam the thread too much lest it become unreadable. The 3 replacements are probably shaking their heads at this entire ordeal. | ||

I have a pretty decent idea what's going on right now. Mostly because I know my own alignment. You (hopefully) don't have that information, therefore the confusion right now. If we lynch VE today we're having an awesome day3. No more threadbombing and we can start playing properly without everyone throwing poop at each other and shitting up the thread. If we neither lynch VE nore myself today it will be the exact same thing all over again d3 no matter of the d2 lynch. You really want that? | ||

Firstly - have people genuinely bothered to read VE's two-part case on Toad? It mirrors and expands upon the concerns I had with Toad and why I said I preferred Toad for today's lynch. His case against Toad needs to be examined in conjunction with his blue claim, not ignored because of it. Secondly - the blue claim itself. It seems so dumb, but nonetheless I've sat here and thought about it and almost thoughts lead to WIFOM. But whether VE is scum or mafia, the claim suggests that he is happy with a 1 for 1 trade with toad. This is the only consistent string I can pull out of the claim. On this basis, a 1 for 1 is surely a more favourable town trade, bearing in mind the wealth of information it brings. A 1 for 1 claim for mafia does not look so good, especially given how polarised opinions have been. ##Vote: Toadesstern | ||

The focus today needs to be on VE + Toad, for obvious reasons. VE is the lynch of choice as has been stated over and over. There are bound to be scum both on the successful wagon and off of it. Very few scum teams have the balls to all be on one lynch; therefore, after today we need to look at both the VE and Toad lists to determine the likely scum. All I can say without giving too much away is that we need to be looking for players who were hesitant to pick a side earlier in the day. By this point they will have organized one way or another, so it's probably fruitless to look for recent posts. Look around page 58-68 and there'll be a goldmine of scum in there who don't know what to do. (arbitrary drawing lines based on when the VE thing exploded) | ||
