As a side note, a good plan for mafia would be to just have everybody on the scum team (well, almost everybody) have a go at becoming mayor. This way, even if we realize that the popular candidates have a good chance of being scum (as I've explained above) and we pick a less popular candidate, by statistics alone he would have a good chance of being one of the scum.
I also realize that while lots of suspicion falls over CB, sandroba and Palmar, it is possible that one of them at least is a legitimate candidate. However, I think that it's way to risky to pick any one of those three. Maybe it's my inexperience talking, especially considering I've never played with any of them before.
By the logic above, a good point for annul is that he never even said he wants to run for mayor.

Yes, regarding double lynches it is indeed optimal to get them going as soon as possible. If elected mayor I'd use them consecutively until town secures a good position and even after that would only stop if we concluded we don't have 2 viable targets for the next day (which is unlikely). The true advantatge of using double lynches early is the front load amount of information they provide, thus making blue actions more acurate much more quickly and that advantage snowballs for town through reducing mafia kp. So if elected expect 4 double lynches in a row starting day 2.

I honestly have no reads on anyone right now. It's pretty fucking hard to get a read on anyone I've never played with before in a game that's a huge as this one. I don't like YM, Kurumi and Sinani, simply because of their attitudes. As such I'm just going to vote for Palmar, because he has a plan without any obvious flaws in it.

I've made a mistake, annul in fact has made a half-assed attempt at a campaign, which is exactly what a scum would do if all or most of them were running. My gut feeling, for the moment, is that annul is more likely town than not, and what he says can be legitimate, but as of this moment I am way less sure than I was when I wrote the quoted post.
I will keep my vote for annul for the moment, however at the first sign of scumminess on his behalf I will change to kitaman27, seeing as he's the only person who made a logical point at why the three top candidates (BC, Palmar and sandroba) are all three highly suspicious.

i think he would make a good major, he may have a chance of winning, nothing he has done has given me reason to suspect that he has anything more than a 20% chance + Show Spoiler +(the same chance as any random player)
and i strongly suspect that 1 of palmar sandroba perhaps BC is mafia and that voting for them is a big risk + Show Spoiler +although i personally haven't dicussed BC other people have

It is just a possibility, the fact that you are scum. I still believe, at this moment, that it's much more likely for you to be town (based on your posts and your recent justification for your campaign).
If both you AND kitaman are town it would be easier to push for your election, as you already have more voters than him. I'm also weary that both of you are veteran players, so you could be playing really good scum, but at this moment I tend to trust you more than kitaman.
kitaman, if you could post your thoughts on this it would be highly appreciated.
