I am a Town Mason. Reasons I didn't role-claim initially: - I was waiting to see if it was a town majority whether the Mason's should reveal or not. I decided against it because it seemed that too many people we're between claiming and ignoring the Mason's. - I felt that if I Buddied with someone, and they thought I was legitimately scum, or at least anti-town, I wouldn't hear any response from them, and they could just oust me in the town forum. VE just did that. Why I chose VisceraEyes: - I had a town-read from him. I felt that my town-read on him was solid enough to be able to communicate with him. - I believe in his scum-hunting abilities. I usually don't preach meta-based choices, but since the only other game I played with him was Election, and he killed a mafia Godfather the first day he was subbed in, I decided for him. I wanted to have someone to bounce idea off of. I felt VE would be a good choice. Where I will go from here: - I will still extend a Mason link with a town read each cycle. The purpose of it will be to continue with that extra analytic mindset, even if the other person decides not to utilize it. My feeling on it - if they decide to talk, more power to them. If not, fuck it. There is no point in letting the power go to waste. Current Reads: RE: Palmar - I don't think Palmar is a good D1 Lynch. He's too powerful a town player to just cut off Day1, and I think it might be a gambit to survive until Day2 and get some reads on people. Even so, he is probably compiling a list right now on scumreads ect. ect. I don't believe in meta, anyway, since I don't have solid meta on pretty much anyone in this game (MAYBE Sheth. Maybe.) I'd rather judge play based on how people interact in the game we are in now, rather than in a game we played before. RE: Foolishness Don't understand the flip-flop from one 'townie' to the other, promoting their gambit for mayor, when there are more obvious, strong choices as who could influence the town. Why would you settle for "ok" candidate when you can have the "great" candidate. Doesn't make sense. Especially when Foolishness said in the PM "I'm not interested in Mayor." It's almost like they will live until tomorrow. As for the PM's issue, well I don't know what anyone here sounds like in PM's via Mason. The whole game is based on meta meta of someones meta'ing metaness so I'm not sold on mafia having a better Mason simply because there is 10 of them on the team. However I can see your point. | ||

My case on CC is this: He's scummily inconsistent in his posting. Like take this post for example. He states in no uncertain terms that A) he's not going to vote for BC and also B) Palmar must be scum based on Occam's Razor. In this post he encourages me to stay in the mayoral race because he's voting for me. Here, he goes a step further and changes his lynch choice to BC. Wait a minute...he already said he agreed with the case on Palmar...Occam's Razor remember? In this post, he tries to shirk responsibility for Macpo's stance on BC (Macpo very clearly cites CC for changing his view on BC) by claiming it was actually Hydractinum that his post was based on. As town, I'd be flattered if one of my posts changed someone's mind, I certainly wouldn't try to say it was SOMEONE ELSE who actually did the legwork...especially if I'm seeking election! Okay, here's the post. In this post, he not only reverses his stance on BC, but he does so by saying "BC isn't as bad a candidate as everyone is making him out to be." Really? You've been one of his biggest detractors! Your campaign is based on LYNCHING BC! Interestingly, he also puts me on a lynch list....WHILE HIS VOTE FOR MAYOR IS STILL ON ME!!!
