Actually let's break this apart:
a) you don't name claim your vigilante.
b) if you're a vigi how did you get hit night 1.
c) vigilantes can't kill any of the third parties, so why bother shooting Wiggles?

Decon is black, and he's shooting at people who are suspected of being black. Can't be joker. If he were, he would have been acting like a traditional SK, and killing town leaders. (Because the town was ahead from the start, and he want's to equalize the two).
Next: He shot RoL. RoL claimed that he was third party to me at the beginning of day 2. (Not a straight up claim, but he didn't say no when I asked him, and went on talking as if he was one.) He said he was sure I was mafia, and that he wanted to get in touch with the mafia so that he could avoid hitting them. (The more people he knows the alignment of, the less people he can accidentally hit.) During the conversation, he said in an offhand manner (one that didn't seem like a prepared lie, or a lie at all) that killing mafia wasn't part of his win con. Thus we know that he is also not joker. (That and his general behavior).
So what do we know? Decon is third party, RoL is third party. Neither of them are acting or shooting like Joker, therefore they aren't. Decon shot RoL, and he didn't die, so Decon must be Batman, and RoL must be Ra'as.
This also leaves Palmar as the joker imo, because he's been acting exactly like an SK this game. No offence Palmar, and I think we should keep you alive till everyone other enemy is dead, but you are the best fit into my SK rubric.
Now I'd like to point out what this means: We know who Ra'as and Batman are. That means they know who each other are. I say we lynch for scum tonight, and let them sort themselves. We don't need to use a lynch when we KNOW where one of their bullets will be going.
To that end,

Ya people have been saying RoL was black since halfway through D1 based on his lurking and then have tried to twist every post he has made into him being black. There is def a possibility that a lot of people have are looking at him with "black colored glasses" and he could indeed just be croc.

Isn't it possible RoL was Croc and he took a shot N1 so he lost his extra life and he thoguht you were mafia so he was going to subtly fake claim 3rd party to you so that you and your mafia buddies (in his mind) wouldnt shoot him again, and potentially tell him the mafia list all in one quick stroke?

I really don't believe that the 3rd parties will sort themselves out. decon and RoL are still alive after both of them claimed.
It's to the town's advantage to reduce the KP at night.
Town's win condition includes killing Joker.

Awe crap. Best laid plans of mice and men, eh?
So Batman can claim in PM's. He's the only one who can. I told Decon this and asked him to claim BM, so that we stop his lynch, and let Ra'as take care of him. This way he gets one more shot, and the tp take care of themselves.
Unfortunetly he said he's not Batman, which means he must be Ra'as. On the bright side, I no longer have any idea who RoL might be, cause he sure wasn't playing like a veteran...
Anyway, I'll let you guys decide, I'm out for the rest of the day. The reason I didn't post my conversation with RoL was because we are supposed to be scum hunting, and at the time all we were doing was talking about blacks. I tried several times to get ahold of Palmar so that I could share it with him, but in the end he was unavailable so I gave it to VE.
The reason telling you guys now is that blacks are powerful enough that I think this information is beneficial to the town. Interestingly enough, RoL told me later that he was a vet testing me, because if I were mafia, the first thing I would have done is post that in the thread. It would have distracted the town for that much longer.
Btw, I'm proud of the fact that no body is trying to use clues. They are horribly mafia favored, and are best left alone.

Other possible scenario:
RoL is Vet
Decond is Ra'as.
Decond shoots RoL. RoL is alive and lies about med protect.
Decond calls RoL Joker cuz Ra'as can't kill Joker.
Accusations against wiggles as Bats.
Decond shoots wiggles in belief he's Bats.
Wiggles turns up blue.
Decond goes EFF.

@Kavdragon Batman's hit goes through all protection and would kill Ra'as if it hit him. If ROL didn't die from deconduo's hit it's impossible for deconduo to be Batman. The only option available if they are both black is that:
A: RoL is Joker and deconduo is Ra'as.
B: RoL is Ra'as and deconduo is Joker.
If you're right in saying that none of them are the Joker, then it means that one of them is blue.
