I wondered whether I should have PM'd you on the Sunday since the game would have started on Monday anyway, but did not want to bother you with having mod duties and all. Moreover that's favoritism I think. I guess it wouldn't even have mattered, if you were away until now.

I probably don't have time anyway :-P Gl hf to you and the players Edit; plus favoritism sucks, I'd rather avoid it whenever possible, especially in my direction Bonus: someone needs to host another newbie while mine is ongoing t.t

EDIT: By which I mean, you could host a normal mini, but you'd have to wait in the queue

Almost all of those have played at least one game, the singular exception being cccalf. So yes, they are pulled from the usual player pool, even if they aren't deep seated vets. I believe the term was "Pwnt."?

What was the requirement for newbie games again? Three or fewer games? Not "Less than 1"? e: ...also, <3

I'll just ban you. :-P The major point is this, the point of newbie games is to provide a non intimidating environment in a simple setup that doesn't draw out veterans from other games. Thus newbie games can be run at any time without affecting signups for ongoing games. Now, if we are done arguing semantics (which is stupid, as SOAF has a large number of 'regular' players, no matter how you cut it) we can leave this thread for its original intent. Or if you prefer you can argue with foolishness, I'm way too tired for it right now. E: <3

Even the normal games recently have been filled to 10 or 11 slots with players who would qualify for newbie minis. If it's just one or two slots to make the difference, no point in hsting just newbie minis. Might as well just host regular ones. Also, since we've hosted so many newbie minis recently, there are bound to be players with more than 3 games (who joined recently) who are more than willing to play normals. We just don't have the supply! It's economics, GM! You gotta believe.

Of course you do, you don't want to host newbies, so anything and everything that supports your arguments is something you are going to agree with :-P Put in a norma mini, that's fine, but don't expect an accelerated queue ^_^ (even though, ultimately, the goal of my hosting all these newbies IS to accelerate the queue! You just need to take it up with foolishness, not me)
