Dibs on Marv. He always foils people.

Sort of a mix of bureaucracy and remove incognito from the premise.
One of the problems with the balkan game was that the balkan teams could out scum by simply declaring their faction in the thread (the other problem was the presence of a secret vampire cult). Solve this by removing this knowledge (at least from the start). Co-hosts (aka generals) know who their team is and are allowed limited communication with them (something like bureaucracy), but can't post in the thread (except for votecounts). By putting everybody in an equal playing field you also remove the problem of communication problems from bureaucracy. Wincon is fight to the death.
I foresee airstrikes, nukes and espionage in the future of TL Mafia.

And the teams don't know who's on their team. But everyone is a cop. Some insane. And the scum have framers. I like it. And then, if anyone gets mislynched, the suicide cult mechanic kicks in, you all drink the Kool-Aid, and I WIN!!!

Actually this makes me think of a maybe-fun kind of idea.
Have multiple, equal sized teams, with a scum hidden in each. On the first day, all the teams compete in a game-within-the-game, and the two teams in last place in the minigame get put up for nomination. Then, during a short second day (probably like 6 hours-ish), the two teams in the elimination game each offer up one champion. Then on the third day, all the people on the other however many teams vote to decide which of the champions gets eliminated.
The goal is still to eliminate scum, ofc. And if a team ever loses all of its town members before the scum in the team is killed, scum wins. They don't have to eliminate ALL of the townies, just all of the townies from any single team.
Meh, it sounded good in my head, but as I was typing it out, it sounds like it would be hard to balance

Please add [M][N] British Empire Mini Mafia II to the queue-- it looks like we have room for another normal mini.
I'm looking for two co-hosts, one of whom is from a european or asian time zone.
