I DO NOT BELIEVE FOR CERTAIN THAT IS COLLUSION. I just have never ever witnessed such a one-sided series between what was perceived as two of the very best teams in the world. I mean am I the only one who thought that that was not the SSB that we all know as? And im sure im not the only one who was baffled by the akali and galio pick, along with a mejais on tf. And yet you are the only one throwing around the single most damaging accusation you can in sport with 0 evidence. oh come on, a comment from some random guy in a forum that is mainly sc2 fans is hardly what i would call damaging. I'm sorry if you are offended by it, i didn't expect anyone to get angry about it. Although now that i think about the past, i guess i can understand why it is a sensitive topic. Right, well you've already been warned about baseless speculation so drop the topic already.

what were the buffs? im asking because he seems to be banned a lot in high elo kr soloQ and its weird nobody picked him on worlds so far

What would samsung org even get out of colluding this match? Pretty sure everyone was saying ssw was playing much better than ssb, and that the only hope ssb had was some mental advantage due to past wins.
Like I predicted ssw rofl stomped the shit out of ssb. Ssb simply got out classed in every single position. Midlane was maybe the only lane ssb got and advantage in, but in combination with jungler and support roam, dade looked a lot worse than pawn.

Patch changes + Show Spoiler +V4.15: General Base health regen increased 5 (per 5 seconds) from 3 (per 5 seconds). Boomerang Throw Outgoing width increased to 60 from 45. Return width increased to 75 from 70. Minimum speed increased to 1400 from 1000. Boulder Toss Boulder speed increased to 2100 from 2000. Boulder width increased to 90 from 80. Picking boulder up time reduced 0.3 seconds from 0.5 seconds. Boulder now checks to see if any enemy champions are standing really close to Gnar's center point when he casts (and it now hits them). Boulder now does its area-effect damage in a small radius on landing if it hits no enemies. GNAR! Now has a 50% AP scaling. Casting time reduced to 0.4 seconds from 0.5 seconds.
shamelessly copypasta'd from league wika
Pretty major buffs IMO.
And there's always the practice factor. Don't think any of the teams have had time to practice with gnar. I say team because Gnar feels difficult to play around as a team. Chances are the only time it'd brought out would be to style on the opposing team, but I doubt it'd happen. White had their chance against DP already.

Dont sister teams pretty much exclusively scrim each other and only rarely other teams? I mean, the majority of scrims with each other.
If you played hundreds of games against each other over the past season, your picks are bound to be a helluva lot more specific and deep than random fotm comp #5027.

They stopped playing each other for this tournament, which is why game 1 picks were so wacky because they were just practicing s4secretsgg.docx behind each others backs trying to mindgame from the months of prior joint practice history

I think they just saw "oh hey, no cc".

Looper: Akali is good as long as she get's going. I thought that Akali would match up really well against Kayle hence we decided to pick it. I don't think it was only me who played well, everyone did well today.

Okay, yeah sounds more like a last second choice, not some supersecretstratGG.
SSW just outclassed SSB so hard, even in game 2 where SSB gets that weird early game lead, SSW still outclassed them in everywhere else.
I would love to see the looper vs gogoing matchup.

What blows my mind about Samsung is like... not only are they so ahead, but I dont think anyone in the world can match the team infrastructure that they have being sponsored by Samsung.
Thats like... Basically they have a blank cheque, SSW/SSB could spend however much they want and it would never bounce.
Its the equivalent of Shell, Exxon, or General Electric sponsoring TSM and C9. Its unreal. The amount of potential cash flow is not even close to comparable.

Cashflow has no real correlation to performance beyond a certain point that is well within reach of organizations like CLG/Curse/C9/TSM/EG ect ect

With all these failures by Blue and Shield, Arrows/SKT T1 K exploding and everything else, I can talk myself into Blaze being the 2nd best Korean team

Stealths and Sword can come too.

Looper destroyed Acorn in all the matches. 52 KDA straight up. Crazy.

Looper showing amazing play on carry/assassin tops seems like a revelation to me.*
*I don't get to ever watch OGN anymore, so perhaps he has broadened his horizons beyond teleport tanky tops and I was just unaware until now.
