Well apparently he randomly predicted KTA to beat Blaze yesterday, and I was super scared cause I thought that's the most retarded prediction ever since this was by far the most clear cut quarterfinal game in my mind, with Blaze the clear favorites. Normally I'd just say Monte is trash he doesn't know anything but then he got the score right in SKT Ozone exactly and I was like OH SHIT MAYBE HE KNOWS SOMETHING. Guess not. Lomo. | ||

More annoying to me personally is I think he makes some very silly predictions at times. Lately, he has often been quick to try to start a bandwagon either for a random underdog or against a popular team in an attempt to look hipster-informed/just for the sake of being a contrarian. KTB at IEM/KTB is not a top 8 team is one of those times for example, and because he's generally well respected as an informed source, it leads to a lot of people blindly parroting what he says even though Monte himself might not even sincerely believe it. | ||
