Congrats to Fnatic, they played superbly and glgl to them in the Semis! No one is saying that Fnatic only won because of the level 1 in Game 3. Please keep the nationalistic statements out of our subforum.
2. Riot's Worlds format is atrocious. Let's not beat a dead horse here. I will certainly be talking to Riot's eSports dept about it in the near future.
I simply ask everyone to be civil. Humble in victory, graceful in defeat. Enjoy the games~

I dont understand reasoning like this, if Sword and fnatic both win their semis wouldn't that be the best final since they beat their opponents in a bo5?
I'm expecting skt t1 vs Royal, too but I don't see how it would be the best case scenario.

Because Fnatic's style could just match well against Royal, but fall completely apart against SKT. Both teams being good (mechanically and strategically) means that they can adapt and play a good series. It's kinda like SC2 where they could be good at TvZ and win semifinals, but get crushed in TvP in the finals.

Best finals =/= match between the teams that win the most games
Generally dream finals to me are the most entertaining finals
Also you can hardly say one team is more skilled than the other after a Bo3

robertxlee is so much better than zuna, I don't get why zuna is the one playing ;/

Because there's more hype to Faker vs. Uzi than whatever storyline you could make for Sword vs Fnatic.

but royal's style could be good vs fnatic and inferior to skt (& vice versa), too?
Yeah, but people favor Korea vs China because they're under the impression that Korean/Chinese players are better overall.

Sadly the underdogs aren't underdog enough for me to want to root for them. I think I'm off the sword hype train from them picking nunu twice alone. Fnatic isn't that appealing of a team to me either for whatever reason. They just aren't consistent enough.

Were any of today's games worth watching? Didn't really get a chance to check them out, this thing called real life jumped up and decided to gank my free time.
Well, the Semi's are interesting in that they have Mid-Centric Teams (SKT1, Fnatic) up against ADC Centric teams (NJS, Royal). The scary thing about Royal though is that I don't know if their jungler is good, or BigPomelo just went full Voidle on me in both games.
