Regardless how much you think SV and Regi suck or don't suck, replacing them is very risky and could potentially be more disastrous for their respective teams than helpful. Shot calling and being the leader of the team in-game is something that needs to be built up over time. Case in point, TPA went on a huge downswing to the point where TPA essentially no longer exists after moving their shot caller/captain Mistake off the team. Granted, there were other factors in their downfall, but that was definitely a big one.

What does need to happen for TSM though, is that they need to get a third party manager/coach who can reign in Regi when he oversteps his bounds.

Which is exactly the problem in my opinion. Regi will be this guy's boss then. Any good coach however will kick your ass, which is hard to do when you have to kick your own boss in the ass. Korean coaches can drill their players so effectively because they have power given by the team management. If a member of the team does not respond well to the coaching or gets lazy, doesn't improve, etc. he will get removed from the team or benched. This obviously motivates all the players in the team insanely much and only the most talented and commited players will rise to the top.

Soo... basically, you can't threaten or sanction your own boss.

A good coach WILL make you pissed off at him and WILL get you out of your comfort zone, and you will have to go along with his drills or GTFO. All these factors are somewhat impossible to achieve in this bizarrely reversed boss - employee relationship that you have when the team owner is also a player.

If CLG beat TSM I can see them going all the way tbh, and I think they'll dispose of the smoking wreck that is team solomid.

Sounds horrible but I don't want Vulcun at worlds because zuna is actually that bad

oh that explains why he was missing one day of eu lcs at gamescom and jatt cast 2 series instead.

since there's no international wildcard tournament I think only our 4 regular NA casters will handle the playoffs alone, at least there is no sign that Joe, Qu1ksh0t or Deman will go to PAX

I think C9 Vul Crs for worlds. CLG will beat TSM but no real chance they can crack Vulcun without some serious Zuna throws. Crs will easily dispose of Dig, lose to C9, but I think they'll be able to take CLG down.

I hope TSM just doesn't go to worlds honestly. At this point, after I've seen their interviews, random vlogs, discussion, play...there's really no redeeming person on TSM I can really look at as a reason why I like the team other than oddone.....and the guy has really not been a good player recently. *shrug*

Iono....I just hope TSM loses badly, gets crushed, and then really reevaluates themselves after what's happened. Regi's a big douchebag and asshole but I think the rest of the team really need to step up and do something.
