As for the third team, I like CLG's chances the best; their first match is vs. TSM who they 4-0'd in the Summer Split, so they should be favored; if they make it to the semifinals they face Vulcun, which is a team they have a very realistic chance of beating, and even if they don't, they still have a good shot at the 3rd place match vs. dig/Curse. dig and Curse have a much tougher road ahead because, regardless of who beats the other, they're gonna get creamed by C9 in the semis. Go CLG! EDIT: 4th/5th is irrelevant, but for 6th my gut says dig- they go to the promotional tourney and get right back onto LCS, because they'll face the weakest challenger team. Very different from the promotional tourney after Spring Split, where whoever had the bad luck of facing Quantic was gonna get shafted- this time around, the deck is stacked against Velocity for its 8th place finish. Speaking of Dig, I wonder if that happens, if we will see some roster changes on that team. Two years in a row in relegation seems scary.

TSM: regi needs to pull a hotshot. maybe dyrus can move to mid and wodx can step in. or maybe get a good soloq player. curse: saint needs to pull a hotshot. nyjacky needs to be subbed out as well. but getting rid of saint is the big thing. dig: scarra needs to pull a hotshot. kiwi also probably needs to go. regardless of who goes to world's, these three teams need to change it up.

Saint is still Curse's shot caller, unless they find another leader figure they are worse off without him.

In Curse's case, Saint's replacement would have to be Kobe or HotshotGG himself, and Nyjacky has to be subbed out by Aphromoo. Ex-CLG forever IMO

Vulcun vs C9 went 2-2 in the end, and should have been 3-1 in favor of Vulcun if not for that stupid ass game. I would still say C9 has the edge in a Bo5 but I would not be that surprised if Vulcun ends first.

If the guy paying the coach is a player himself, the coach won't be able to shit on him as he NEEDS to do as a coach. pretty much this. @owb I totally get that, but from the lr threads and Twitter commentation of the games - do you really think they can't find a better shot caller? or that his shot calling is up to par? especially if they have the off-season to get used to a new team. honestly, i saw voyboys stream and i am pretty sure he'd be an upgrade. even edward could if his english is up to par, which i assume it is. but of course I only read, not watch, so forming my own opinion is difficult (and rarely correct )

Voy probably wants to focus on laning and I'm not sure about EDwards English proficiency. In terms of finding a new player you're lucky if you get the raw talent let alone a shot caller. Not to say it's impossible, it would just take a certain amount of time.

On a more serious note, I largely agree with your assessment. IMO changing Kiwikid should be a higher priority than changing Scarra for dig, though. As for Curse... Does anyone know what happened to Nyjacky? I remember him being one of the overall MVPs of the NA scene for a large part of the Spring Split (after Chauster jungle ofc), but now he seems so underwhelming...
