You mean so they can only beat LG IM1?

So they can improve more and more. I can't really see how they can improve in this current LCS.

The idea that the other NA teams aren't improving is a bit disingenuous. Overall, I'm fairly sure they ARE improving, which is why they are still #1. If this wasn't the case, they would have given up/lost quite a few more games than they have. Of course, they might improve at a faster rate in the KR scene. That is a statement I can understand better

Playing vs better teams makes you improve more than just stomping teams worse than you that is pretty obvious.

I dislike the wording/phrasing used. It implies that other NA teams are not improving. That's an idea to me that seems far-fetched. Maybe I am not explaining myself properly, because I feel like I am repeating myself.

The idea that c9 are #1 without improving cannot be possible. To stay at the top as they have means they are definitely better than the other teams(who are improving as well), and so c9 is not at a stagnant stage. The rate of improvement is what probably should be used instead for what you want to discuss. If they were in KR, it might be possible that they would improve faster overall, but that's in a vacuum and pretending that social/scene changes are a non-factor.

As a final note, I want to point out that CLG tried the whole blind move to Korea. They definitely did not adjust properly to changes there. Their rate of improvement was not enough as seen when they came back to the NA scene, they could not win against TSM in tournaments.

People have such short term memory; Who is Season 2 champion?

They practiced with korean teams while playing in garena.Just sayin.

Even if they didn't they would've played better if they practiced against competent opponents.I never said c9 would get destroyed by every korean team. They might win.If they practice in korea they WILL play better 100% though.

If I remember correctly they scrimmed against the weaker Korean teams; which at that time were worse than top NA teams.
My point still stands though; you can still get good without amazing opponents.

I don't get how C9 improves if KT B, CJ Frost/Blaze, MVP ozone ends games sub 20 minutes.

Following old CLG eu and going double ad vs kassadin, let's just hope they have the same result.

Although every game I've seen nien go vayne top in soloqueue, he gets destroyed 1v1.
