GBG really understands how to to handle the Korean early push meta. Losing control of their jungle sucks though. Wut. They still control all the jungle camps, they just don't have much vision, but they play properly without it. And now, two solo kills from GBG thanks to the outfarm they found.
This game they definitely controlled their jungle still, but last game showed how giving up your jungle early on leads to some of your members getting picked off until KT was much stronger in team fights. In this game they've team fought very well and now KT has to play catch up. With protect the Kog this game already so strong looks like it'll go to game 3.

Ed Ward Thresh pretty good.

This is why I don't get people banning Thresh against other teams, Edward Thresh is a whole nother level

Always nice to see a Derprius lose.

Diamondprox soooo good and trusting of his team to follow up where he goes. He judges damage output so well to know if he'll get blown up or not and can just go balls deep otherwise.

Ed Ward, is going to be in my nightmares thanks to those thresh hooks.

Wow!
I'm so happy GG are putting up such a good fight. I don't even care who ends up winning the series, but this game has been really entertaining.

i think looking at gold when making conclusions is an interesting statistical approach. but i see it similar to looking at supply leads in starcraft, they tell a part of the story but not all of it. i think ktb looked stronger the last game. this game gambit. both teams are well matched against one another.

hahaha did they just completly forget about the Kogmaw passive? ^^

KT B couldn't hope for a better teamfight, but they still lost the engage. This is soooooooooooo over xD

Thresh does help for sure, but I think Udyr can be useful without him as well with older champs. I just feel his weakness is when it comes to trying to catch back up when your team is a bit behind, because then you become increasingly less useful in team fights. When your team is in control, he looks very strong, just like volibear.

These games so good. I can't even tell what's going on until magically one team doesn't have a base anymore.

Ssumday was Gambit's MVP.

Lol Darien looks adorable in those matching grey sweatpants. It just looks a onesie.

Yes we get a game 3, these teams have shown that either team can win

Thresh helps level out these weaknesses. you can say the same about voli and nasus The difference is that Voli has a 425 range slow +melee flip instead of a melee stun and he also has a 45% movespeed boost, whereas Udyr only has a 15-27%% movespeed boost. Nasus has a 700-800 range slow, which is arguably the strongest single-target slow in the game.
All three can be kited pretty hard, but carries with built-in escapes aren't as prominent as they used to be in competitive play now.
